Parents are welcome to reach out to their child’s teacher, who will be glad to provide regular updates and feedback

3. Is the learning platform accessible on all devices?

Our learning platform is currently under development. We are working hard to ensure it will be fully accessible across all devices upon launch.

4. Do I need any special equipment for the courses?

No special equipment is needed. We provide all necessary stationery, though students may bring their own if preferred

5. Are the courses live or pre-recorded?

Our courses are fully in-person, allowing for direct interaction and personalised guidance

6. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Class packs are non-refundable, but we have flexibility in place to ensure you are not charged unfairly for missed classes

7. How do I get help if my child is struggling with a lesson?

Parents may inform our teachers if a child is struggling. Additional guidance will be provided, and personalised one-to-one sessions can be arranged at an additional fee if required
